Guarantee

We guarantee a minimum of 10 years no leaks and a minimum of 20 years long-life (maintenance conditions apply).

Our craftsmen have worked extensively with Stainless Steel and their workmanship is of the highest professional standard. We guarantee the installation for 2 years. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, cosmetic deterioration, negligence, vandalism or damage cause by extraordinary weather conditions.

We use only marine grade stainless for our guttering and brackets. Our Suppliers offer a Manufacturers Certificate that confirms the marine grading or percentages of the metal compounds utilized in its manufacture (this verifies the chromium percentage - see corrosion resistance section). They also perform a tensile test and a hardness test which confirm the products resistance to breaking under tension and validate its longer life span and corrosion resistance.

Continuous Stainless Guttering Limited reserves the right to replace or repair in an appropriate manner any damaged componentry. The guarantee does not cover the cost of removing and installing the damaged part. It is the purchaser's responsibility to implement and maintain a program of routine inspection and maintenance. The guarantee will be from the purchase date, (deemed to be the date set out on the invoice describing the goods sold).

Maintenance conditions - All contaminants must be removed 6 monthly by a complete wash down of the guttering. A complete wash down must also be completed within a week if there is nearby construction using non-stainless steels, mortar/there is a chance of cement splashes, contact with structural steel, scaffold-tubing etc.

Goods not installed by Continuous Stainless Guttering Limited are not guaranteed. Any alterations or adjustment made to the guttering not completed by our Company make our guarantee null and void.
